My Hope for the New Year

As the new year begins, I’m mindful not of resolutions, but of gratitude—for this community, and for the many quiet ways kindness and care are shared among us.

The turning of the calendar offers a simple invitation: to move a little more gently, to listen more closely, and to meet one another with generosity of spirit. In times that can feel hurried or uncertain, these small choices matter.

Thank you for the ways you help make the Peru Church a place of welcome and compassion. May the year ahead bring moments of rest, meaning, and renewed care for one another.
